No. Firmpoint works on top of the systems and software you already run. It never asks you to change or remove anything.

Do we have to change how we work?

No. Your suppliers keep sending quotes the way they always have. Email, WhatsApp, a photo, a PDF. Firmpoint reads it all and puts it together for you.

What happens to our Oracle or SAP?

Nothing changes for them. Oracle and SAP hold your official record, the approved order and the receipt. The messy part before that, chasing quotes and building the comparison in Excel, was never their job. That’s the part Firmpoint handles.

What if it reads a quote wrong?

It keeps the original photo or email next to what it read, so you can check it in a second. If a number’s off, you fix it in a tap. You’re always the one who says it’s right.

Who can see our data?
