A photo counts as a page.
On an estimate, the smallest charge for a run is $5.
What counts as a page
We count pages, not files. One page of a PDF is one page. One photo is one page. One page of a spreadsheet, printed the way you would print it, is one page.
A page with a drawing on it is a drawing. Drawings cost more because they take a lot more work to read properly.
If only part of a page has to be read, it counts as a whole page. We round up, never down. We do not charge for pages we skip, like blanks.
You see the price before it runs
Firmpoint counts the pages and shows you the price before any job starts. That number is the price for that job. If the work turns out to be bigger than the preview said, that is our problem, not yours.
If your balance will not cover a job, we tell you before it runs. If your wallet is empty, nothing runs until you top up. A job that has already started always finishes.
We never charge for a job that failed, and a job we retry is paid for once.
Starting
Every person who joins gets $25 of free credit. To unlock it, you pay $1 by card. The $1 goes into your wallet as $1 of credit, so it is yours to spend as well.
The free credit is a gift. It has no cash value and cannot be paid out.
Topping up
Your firm has one wallet, and you top it up in advance by card. A top-up starts at $50 and goes up in steps of $5. You can pick $50, $100, $150 or $200, or any $5 step above $50.
There is no subscription and no billing cycle. You top up when you choose, and nothing is charged again unless you top up again.
Credit you pay for can be used for 12 months from the day you buy it.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout.
Refunds
Topped-up credit is for using, and we do not pay it back as money if you change your mind. If we fail to serve you, you get your money back. The refund page has the whole rule.
