• You buy for your firm and want to see Firmpoint on your own orders. Tell me which ERP you use and where your quotes arrive.
• You price tenders and want to see it read one of yours. Tell me what a package usually looks like: PDFs, drawings, a zip, a BOQ template.
• Something on the site or in the app is broken, or a page says something that isn't true. Tell me what you saw and I'll fix it.
• You want your data removed. It gets done, and I'll confirm it back to you.
