Refunds and cancelling

Money you put into your Firmpoint wallet buys credit for work. Once you top up, that credit is yours to spend on Firmpoint. We do not pay unused credit back out as money because you changed your mind.

Here is what we do instead.

If we get it wrong, you get the credit back

We never charge you for a job that failed. If we retry a job, you pay once, not twice. If a job ran and the result was wrong because of a mistake on our side, tell us and we put the credit straight back in your wallet.

If your project changes, your balance still works

Tenders get cancelled. Orders get re-tendered. Work gets dropped. None of that costs you your balance. The credit stays in your wallet and works on the next job, for 12 months from the day you bought it.

If we fail to serve you, you get your money back

If we stop running Firmpoint, if we close your account when you did nothing wrong, or if you paid for work we never delivered, we pay back the credit you paid for and have not used, as money.

We also send money back where the law or the card rules require it, for example a charge taken twice or a card used without your permission.

Your free starting credit is free

The $25 of credit every new person gets is a gift, not a purchase. It has no cash value, it cannot be paid out, and it is not refundable. The $1 you pay to unlock it is credit in your wallet like any top-up.

Cancelling

There is nothing to cancel: Firmpoint has no subscription and nothing renews. You can stop using it at any time. Credit you paid for stays usable until it expires 12 months after you bought it, and it is not paid out when you stop.

A whole-firm year is agreed on its own written offer, which says what happens to unused pages.

How to ask

Email rumman@firmpoint.app with your firm's name and the top-up or job you are asking about.
